Extracorporeal shock wave lithotriptor for the maintenance of common failures

Electrohydraulic lithotripsy machine, mainly for the treatment of urinary tract stones. (4) Check whether the charge resistor open circuit, the wiring connections are good.

Fault Three: Press the key manually or automatically, you can not shelling.
(1) Check the high voltage transformers, high voltage silicon stack, high voltage capacitor is damaged, whether the high voltage output;
(2) Check the trigger circuit trigger capacitor, SCR, high-voltage transformer and a current limiting resistor which for damage;
(3) Check the high voltage switch two spherical discharge it because of long working hours and the oxidation or the gap is too large, resulting not trigger discharge;
(4) Check the vacuum relay is working, the contact is good contact;
If (5) Check the electrode and the electrode pads fully contact the phenomenon of electrode wiring for breaks between the seat and the high-voltage switch.

Fault 4: Sideswipe phenomenon blasting process.
(1) Check whether the bladder tighten its O-ring is aging, causing air to enter;
(2) Check the electrode and the electrode holder whether the maximum compression, the elastic O-ring on the electrode is good;
Check the intake and exhaust nozzle leaks, its pipeline without aging generated leakage.
